    I had a pair of fusion encounter 200wrms in a sealed box with a 3000watt power acoustik monoblock amp, that was pretty loud, it's set off car alarm sometimes in a chevy silverado 1500 extended cab

    are you amp is probably hooked up wrong, I hook mine up and put the negitive in the wrong spot and the woofer were moving alot but no bass, I thought I built the box wrong turned out that the speakers were hooked up wrong and once I corrected it, it was all loud

    you can get some good deals on some monoblocks

    if its the 2 channel one, you will be lucky to even output 250rms. but if you want "hard hitting" bass, you need to step up your budget from $200. hell i almost spent $200 on one of my woofers, let alone practically $550 for my whole sub stage. and its still not loud enough for me. you get used to bass reaaaaaaal fast. maybe 300rms @ 2ohms
