people try to go after money whether you slap them or not, just keep your lawyer by your side, its all you can do in this world of people who don't want to work, sit at home and watch Jerry Springer while brainstorming on ways to get more money handed to them.

I knew an idiot that never worked, and just sued people and commited insurance fraud constantly to get money, rediculous, you would see them in a restaurant with a neckbrace on one day, them the next day there would be facebook updates showing them playing golf. Find out as much as you can about the dude, nearly anything could go against him in court

If he is claiming injury, hire a PI to watch him, it will be cheaper for you in the long run. A PI can collect evidence that will prove his injury claim is false
