TGIF....Its my last day at VMC/PBS. A lot of sad faces today, I will miss a lot of people. Going to celeberte my new job,which I start Monday, after work. Thinking it is a 1 shot to 2 beer kinda day.

Excited, nervous and sad. 9/4/11 was my first day as a coded county employee here at Valley Medical Center. Hard to believe its been ten years. Iam leaving valley medical and becoming a part of Social Services, tenative start date 10/31/11. :$

I would recommend raising the rear up instead of lowering the front. Just my .02 You can purchase some air shocks by Gabriel that should bolt into the stock rear shock location. If you are determinded to lower the front, you may have to have the springs cut or have some springs made. You could use some springs they use for hydraulics and cut them down instead of the stock ones. Hydraulic springs are usually a little more stiff and should handle the over all weight of the car but, will change the ride factor. Cutting a coil off and having it turned will lower you down but, may be either bouncy or bottoms out in the front. May also not be able to align the car again.

Haven't done a status update in a while. Went to my first db drag show this season. Seeing how the season is almost over kind of silly I know. Its OK, I had fun. Next show in two weeks, we'll see what happens.

Sony double dins. Good or bad?

I am going to chime in on this one because I recently came close to purchasing the Sony Unit but, went another route based on other factors. I pinned the story. I was willing to give Sony another shot based on speaking with the rep at C.E.S. in 2010. Openly admitted their Xplode line was "Junk". Obviously I agreed and because of his honesty listen to what he had to say. They wanted to make an attempt in going back to the day when Sony had their "ES" line. Now I have never been a big "Sony" fan but, the "ES" line was some nice equipment back in the day. The two double-din units are well priced around $500 with bluetooth and Navi built in (I think). I know when I was shoppng for double-din those were criterias I was looking for. Now I am die hard "Alpine" faithful and I run Alpine in all my rides but, in today's economy I just could not afford to do it at the time when I was looking into buying a double-din. I ended up with a JVC but, was close to buying the SONY and would of bought an Alpine if I could have. Not sure if this was much help but, do some research for sure and please post in the double-din review. Hit up Ray from AI and see if he still has that Alpine double-din for sale. -

Yeah my head hurts aftee looking at your diagrams. Looks like you want SQ but, you may want to listen to some set ups before building this. If you are set on theae speakers and locations you may need more crossovers.

OMFG!!!!! Two days working on my s10 and I didn't even build a box for the bitch. Man I am lagging. However, feel free to ask me for a demo of my front stage. 4" and tweeter in the stock dash locations and some 8's on the door. I have a smile from ear to ear.
