  1. It is similar to another product we have, the VU-DIN. It gets connected to your amplifier output (speaker terminal). Once properly calibrated, it works like an indicator of how close to maximum output your amplifier is. Like a tachometer for your engine, this lets you know when your amplifier is "hitting the redline". You can use multiple units, put one on each speaker output and monitor your entire system.Sweet, yeah kylar that might be one of my next buys too. I could really use something like that.
  2. Well, the way I see it. That solder, even though has less conductivity than copper, does not a single thing negative to your conducitivity. Because without it, everything is still going through your ring terminal regardless. Then when you use solder, it just adds a little bit more surface area for it to travel through. Correct me if I am wrong though.
  3. Well I don't know what warranty policies your used too. But I'm only 20 and in my entire life, a warranty has always been from date of purchase, if not told other wise for the exact thing I was talking about. Just seems like common sense to me.
  4. Its a brand new product though, so it should have a fresh warranty.then a month before they warranty goes out, I request and RMA, get a new one. And repeat this once a year every year for the rest of my life. If it worked like that every company would go broke.

  8. Xs ftw, can't wait to get my front battery swapped out for a d975
  9. With clean power they can take more than rated. Just make sure to have a well designed box.
  10. 3 SSD 10's on a 3.5k

  11. Read my edit. I said you would lose that stereo effect. But with a good Front stage you may not need rear fill.
  12. Do what?? Run the tweets off the first two channels. Just back the gain off with the tweets to power them properly.
  13. You can do that, just back the gain off on the tweeters channels so you don't over power them. Edit: for your second question, you would lose that effect but it would all come down to personal preference. Try it, if you don't like it just go back.
  14. Run a single rca cable to your sub amp with the pac lc-1 running on it. Then at the amps use quality splitters to make the single rca go to the two amps.
  15. Sweet! I love seeing all the different power options for mono blocks, I find it hard to find a good quality, low power amplifier. Most are super cheap and so is the quality.
  16. nope.we have an Authorized Member Seller program that is cheap and perfect for someone manufacturing small items or even designing, building boxes. Hit the advertise button up top to learn more. this section is for personal items ONLY. I mean if you made one or 2 in your garage, it's really no big deal. But anything more then just a few items and it won't be allowed. Exactly the reply I was looking for, thanks Steve.
  17. You said this is personal and no Web store stuff. I am just curious, does that mean even things that you might make as a hobby in your garage?
  18. Correct! Sweet, will keep that in mind when doing 4th orders, tune to the sealed boxes running frequency.
  19. I don't have the money for one just yet. This can also find box tunings of sealed enclosures right.
