That is definetly weird. You should be really careful with that power to those subs, they are only 300W RMS, your feeding 3x the power they are rated for. Did you build the box smaller than what is recommended for the subs?

were you playing below tuning at all? don't believe so my high pass and low pass were set correctly. It wasn't able to play a certain part of the song tho but that's just the hpf and lpf working correct? If it sounds like the cone is just moving with out much force, yes. But if it sounds like it has a nasty weird punch of bass, then it's not.
