  1. But did he say he would run that amp in competition ?? Like MECA or IASCA ??
  2. There is a link to a LED distributer that specializes in Chevy trucks on my signature ...
  3. nowhere enough information here to be giving suggestions ... How is this equipment installed ?? in factory locations ??
  4. no need to run past 14.4 on class AB amps ... if you know what you are doing ...
  5. Personally ... I would not use a class D amp of any kind ... Just me ...
  6. I have a plum crazy 2.2hv and a 5002iq with feedback for sale if you are interested ...
  7. Go to sears ... tools section, drill bits ... ask for metal cleaning bits ...
  8. cut off frequiency for your mids / mid bass drivers should be to where your sub drivers take over the lower range ... If you cut them a 100htz, then have your subs cut a 70 htz, you are missing alot of needed frequiencies there ... My center ch. 5.25 cuts off around 70htz ... My component set drivers (front stage) cuts off around 40 htz ... Honnestly, during SQ competition, those run totally full range ... 20 to 20k ... my sub drivers pick up around 50 to 70 htz ... depending on the music ... 50 htz for competition ...
  9. Was that factory specs for those drivers sealed ?? How much amp / batttery power did you have on them ?? Did you have the enclosure built to where the bass would compliment the front stage ?? What do you have for your front stage ?? What type of vehicle do you have ??
  10. I like the driver side set aiming towards the passenger ... and the passenger set aiming towards the driver ... Is this for SQ or louder music ??
  11. most people do not use rears because they do not know how to control them and can not keep them from drawing back the front stage ... This mainly depends on what type of music you listen to and how loud you listen to your music ??
  12. Having a enclosure "coushioned" on the back seat loses ALOT of needed pressure ... Also, A MAJOR safety hazard !!!
  13. How much power do you have running to your components ?? and do you have proper deadning work done ??
