  1. Sorry deephitter, morels would smash your beymas Elate 6 Nominal Impedance---------------------4ohm Power Handling--------------------------200watt Max. 2. Im at 5.1, but have the option to go 6.1 and add a rear center channel. I dont really watch to much tv, I mostly use my stereo for music off my pc. My setup is also in the link roscoe posted :) hehe 108db at 57 hz... Im sure its not to accurate, but its a decent estimate.
  3. wow lol. That looks like it be fun, it may take some pratice learning how to turn on that thing tho. Id be trying to drive up things with it.
  4. Im not sure about the free version either, but if you do some searching (torrent) you can find the full version. I messed with the program a bit, Its mostly the same as vegas, and fruityloops each program kind of covers something different, and in acid with all the plugins you can edit video. Depending on what your wanting it for, pcdj.com Another good program for mixing music. Theres a few different programs for pcdj. Blue Silver Red fx Blue is the current low end version, then there was silver which is a intermediate version and then red which was the best. But then pcdj fx came out which is a kick ass program with lots of options, and when that came out they tossed out silver. you can easily find cracked versions of these to try out also.
  5. Yea, the z is a spl sub, but so is the 9500 and the 9900 series too, but they are clean sounding if you got the box built right, and dont give them dirty power (ie audiobahn, poweracoustik, or anyother amp that claims 2000wrms for $300 bucks.)lol The new 9500 series subs with the composite cones (in red, blue, yellow) are idenical to the older 9900 series subs with the yellow cone. I always giggled inside when my one 9512 walked all over peoples two 15" kickers or whatever else they bought from bestbuy and thought they where loud. Honestly even with 30,000rms to 8 15s it may be hard to break 165. Im not saying its impossible, but it will be hard. I think out off all the people Steve would be one of the people I know. I know someone with over 40,000wrms, and 4 18s and he is not even breaking 165db, but he maybe bsing a lil bit too and not saying much til finals. But he is also walled off in a van and the wall starts behind the the front seats, and this is strictly a spl vehicle. http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y231/Audi...nt=100_0771.flv This is only with 4 out of 8 amps in, but he said he didnt gain much with all 8 in. sorry for thread jacking.
  6. Im speechless steve, this thing is really gonna be a BEAST! (sorry deephitter). So umm yea, about them digital design Z series subs... 6 ddZ18s right?? I mean you do want to hold the "beast title" right??
  7. Thanks P, Ill stay up a few more hours and give them a call this morning
  8. Ive been trying to search online, but I dont know what to search for. Ive been searching for IRFP360LC but no sites give a discripton or picture of them. All them numbers must mean something, but Im not sure if they are the same ones Ive been seeing online or not.
  9. I need 2 for sure. I can make the 2 I have work but I want to buy more! The fets I need are. IRFP360LC I R111H 43 36 Between the I and the R is some symbol that I have no idea what it is. It looks like an upside down triangle with a line going through it at the bottem.
  10. Id use the white tee before the bedsheet. The tee will strech more freely then the bed sheet.
  11. for the 78 cents you pay for a wooden dowel at walmart, it will save you a lot more time the ripping strips of mdf. I found it much easier and quicker to measure the length you need and chop it off the dowel instead of having to go and cut mdf.
  12. depends on the mg they are. Take more But some drugs might not work on you. I know I can take a 500mg vicodin and not feel a thing from it, but If I take a equal sized or smaller perk, I feel the perk working. So tell that docter you want more more more! :) :)
  13. yes, it can. But if you got a way to check your current temp now and compair it to when over clocked higher, and try doing a lil research you should be able to figure out if you are around normal temps for the overclock that you have.
  14. yup same thing! I think I payed $25 for mine from the local shop in town with my tax free installer discount.. ahhaha
  15. My stinger must be special then huh? Its like the one that was pictured by smoke, but is stinger. It is also a fuse block. Mine currently has two 150 amp fuses in it.
  16. I heard on the news about 2 weeks after the phone came out, it didnt sell like it was expected too, but being released on only the at&t network kind of limited over 75% of sales I think. That be cool if it works on my network, i may have too buy one
  17. hey man, you give me a couch to crash on or a tent in the back yard, I will fly up there and give you a hand. I need a vacation anyways and got no strings holding me here in wisconsin. Updates are looking great. Its looking like it will be a BEAST!
  18. All those settings I said where all in your bios. Running a dual core Im sure you have ht or htt settings in your bios. You should be able to change it by 1x, 2x,3x,4x,5x and maybe 6x. Like I said Im pretty sure you want to keep your ht or htt timing between 800 and 1200mhz, cpu-z will show you what you are running at. Example: If your htt timing is at 1250mhz in cpu-z, you will want to lower it. If its currently set at 5x, lower it too 4x. Once you reboot you will notice a lower mhz number in cpu-z. Ram timmings are simple. If you look in cpu-z under the SPD tab, you will see more ram info. You will see Stock (factory) speeds and sizes of your ram. towards the bottom of the window you will see a spd timings table. Those are the timmings that the ram should run automaticly. But when you overclock sometimes you are forced to use other ram timings to be stable. Pretty much the lower the number the faster your ram runs, but when overclocked you might now be able to run as fast/low speeds that you want too. When I say loosen up the timings, I mean raise the numbers up. Again, this is all done in bios. Id suggust getting a piece of paper and righting down your factory settings in cpu-z. Id also right down the current timings in bios on that same paper before you change any that way you know what you had if different. When you look under the memory tab of cpu-z you will see the current speeds you are currently running. As for voltages, that should be in your bios too. If you goto your memory companys site, and look you should be able to find out your max voltages.
  19. From what I read, majorpayne bought all 6. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...?showtopic=9160
  20. The alpine pdx line is very impressive. http://sonicelectronix.com/item_9113_Alpine+PDX-1.600.html# $330 600rms by 1 at both 2 and 4 ohm loads. Its also underrated and fusted at 80 amps. The thing I like about them is they are tiny, stackable (all pdx amps are the same size), and get loud. I think a guy I know said he hit 137db on one 600.1 with 1 12" type x in the spare tire well of his jetta.
  21. LOL wow thats alot.. I went to a audio shop out of town and I got a price quote for a stinger alt for my car. They want $700 for a 200 amp alt and that was as big as it could be made. I told them they where fing nuts, esp since I got either 140 or 150 amp alt stock. For under 500 I can get a EA 300amp w/adjustable voltage regulator. Or I think I was quoted around 450 for a 300amp from iraggi.
