jacob you designed the skar audio VVX-12 is that correct? if so does the inverted dustcap on the VVX work the same as the SA in cooling? or is the dustcap on the VVX not supposed to get warm? does the VVX handle the same abuse as the SA?

rockfords T3 components look promising, I love my rockford power series full range and components, they get loud and clear for the power they are on. don't know how they compare to sundown, selenium, crescendo, etc in loudness though.

Thats true but on the box it says "Up to 2000watts power handling" So thats why im a little paranoid as to how much power i can actually give them, I pretty much want to give them as much as they can take/handle. 2000 watts peak power handling, don't go by that, go by the rms rating which is 600rms, that's the amount of continuous power they can take, you need to wire that amp to two ohms which is a combination of series-parallel.

the 2500BDCP are known to be highly underrated, the SAZ3500 is a solid amp too, i'd go with the constant power though.

idk about titanium but yes to the RF speakers, I have the T1 6.5 coaxials and they get loud and clean at all volume levels.

Then it's probably a gain issue because you're using two amps. One gain may be slightly higher than the other i just dont get why one amp picks up the lows better...im using the older gray zx750...and a new 2010 zx750(black one) could there be a diff between them in power and shit? Yes. This is the problem. You set your gains wrong and the amps are different. FML. i jus wanna sell em both. and get a RF t-1500. run it at 1 ohm. If you did this, you would not be disappointed i had a RF p.1000.1 but then i thought 2 zx750's would be louder...but i fucked myself over now...i just sold my p.1000.1 to my buddy. i had em pushin around 1200rms from tht RF amp. but i was lookin for a wee bit more. any suggestions on a good cheaper amp than a t-1500? but still gets me around a true 1500RMS crescendo 2k, DC 2k?

good stuff meade, quick question though, at the end you said he can turn that up all the way and there's no distortion? how is there no distortion on the subwoofer if you turned the amp up as high as it can go before sending a clipped signal, highly overpowering the subwoofer even if it's clean power? you can get distortion with clean power if it's highly overpowering a sub or door speakers right??

don't mix and match sub sizes unless you're talking about subwoofers in the doors like meade or trippi, and i'm sure many others also.

if you plan on doing a wall and all this good stuff with extra batts, zero gauge, etc etc, I would also take the time to do some reasearch on different sub companies, and also save up a lot of money if budget is an issue, just wait and do it right off the bat bro. like others have said, with the proper equipment, there's many people at there that are able to do hair tricks with sealed boxes.

some people say there's a difference but others say it's sooo little of a difference that it can't be heard and not worth the extra 100+ dollars on a pair of cables. i'd go with the knukonceptz.
