He Wants two 12s but hes not trying to compete or anything he just wants something decent but cheap also. I know decent and cheap shouldnt be in the same sentance lol but he doesnt want 15's ..He was looking for a sub with 300-500 rms per sub.

Im helPing a friend put together a small system and he has limited fund willing to spend now. Doesnt want anything crazy, two 12" subs no higher than 4-500 rms,ported box with 3.4 cubes before displacement i believe. Doesnt want to spend more than like 150 max per sub. I saw AQ sdc but what else is there? Need help asap

Yeah thats how it was with my acura, i had to get a HP it didnt fit also so they are making me a xp instead but i have to wait. Idk when it will be done :/

Yeah xp in my opinion thier best model. The idle output is amazing on them. The hp series is the Hairpin series for the smaller cased alts i think. Ik not sure about the other two

People do it but you need to run it in some conduit. Its not the best thing to do but if you have no other choice you can. Alotta people here have that vehicle so im sure they can give u the best route

i can deal with a little dimming at full tilt Yeah but can your amp?? when i went to the kinetic website and put my rms in their calculator thats what was recommended i not going to be able to get both batteries at once so should i get a battery for the trunk first or under the hood? I would say for the trunk cuz two batts is better than one. Just leave the one u got under the hood and get the biggest battery u can afford for the trunk if thats all u can do

I wont lead to clipping especially if you tune it like your supposed to, with the knob all the way up. That way you have NO WAY of clipping with your knob all the way up or all the way down. Thats the smart way to do it

Im just curious but why would there be more box rise by strapping amps? i dont know how to explain it but when you have a stronger amp the higher the box rise will be generally be. when you strap an amp your technically making 1 stronger amp instead of 2 smaller amps. though your getting the same power its less rise on the amps i may have explained it wrong so if someone can chime in and make it make more sense please do haha Ok thanks, im just trying to understand box rise and what affects it seeing as im building a box right now. Im not sure of there is amything that can be done to a box to keep rise to a minimal or whatever.

How many inches of port per cube do u have? I use two 6" Tubes(no flares, yet). I forgot how long they are...Its been a while since i made it. I dont get to talk about my system much cause i dont know anyone with a "real System". I only get to talk about the specs on here. I have cut the amp rack down to free up the port. Just need to take it all the way down, flare the ports, and seal it off. That looks nice man. Im building a slot port box so i was trying to see what others had. But you system looks beastly.
