Honestly, I would Never, ever, ever, never, ever eeevvveeerrr use a sealed box for ANYTHING. I would go with a ported enclosure tuned to around 30-35hz for great musical quality. Plus, with 4 18"s you are going to get super loud anyway.

I was going to pick up a sheet of 3/4" MDF, a box of screws (What kind do you guys use?), and a tube of Liquid Nails. Should I build the box amatt85 designed for me. Or build a Transmission Line I designed? Opinions?

Just did the same thing. Popped open the page and saw the top pic section it's way down the screen and was like damn it didn't work. Then I held the scroll button to full tilt and all of it was there. I was like HOLY SH*T!
