tyler if i was you i'd remove that racist comment before a mod sees it and bans you from the site, racism is NOT taken lightly here. we should get back on topic of the box, you say you dont want 30hz and thats fine. the typical tuning for a daily box with a good flat response is 32-35hz with the proper amount of port per cube. i suggest going to download "torres" box calculator found here: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/38791-torres-box-tuning-calculator/ read that thread to get an idea of what torres does and how it works, play with it for a few hours and ask questions if need be. it doesnt matter what color you are when it comes to car audio, building an enclosure doesnt discriminate against anyone, it discriminates against skill.

i built a box for my buddy that was 4.2 cubes net. he had a 07 scion tc and the box was 21" deep, which prevented his back seats from folding up . also are you sure its 37" wide? yours is a new scion i know, but his was only 34" with the trim panels on. (just in case) im pretty sure your in the same boat with the requirement of the seats being folded down at all times to get the required cubic feet. also when you build the box, make sure you carpet the top back edges, because they will slap against your back glass if you do bare mdf. im not a pro or anything, but i wanna say.. 3.9 cu ft @ 32 hz with 15" of port per cu ft? ive never had sundown, so take my box specs just kind of as a ballpark figure.
