With my newer T1 comps it was that if you were doing a single amp then you put the input from amp into the mid input and the outputs to each corresponding output source. You would use both inputs if you wanted to do a bi-amp setup and utilize the calibrated crossover.

Just wanted to say I have officially been running 4 - SA-15's in my GP GXP now for 2 full weeks. I was skeptical at first of the product "just by the ratings" yet I purchased them because of people here on the forum that vouched for the product. I am incredibly pleased with how they have performed on music and tones, the sound QUALITY has left me speechless "at times literally." Here is a link to my build, planned to make more videos but can't pull it off when it is between 3 and 14 degrees out and snowing sideways... Please vote for me in SOTM if you like my build and the attention to detail that was put into it so far "more work to be done." GP GXP Walled, 149db on music so far...

WORST INSTALL EVER VID!
JustinWilson replied to got160s?'s topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
I feel bad for that poor RF amp, looks like a T10001bd...and those babies want their 0ga... -
I like to hear this as I wanted to go with them for weight savings to motor force! considering I will have 4 of them... Yeah, I used to have the gen II btls...HEAVY! lol
-
Looking for the weight on a btl N2 15, may be buying 4 of them to show with in the summer.

I love my daily driver walled GXP, just pulled a 149.0 on music today then pulled it out of the garage and drove home...gotta install my back up camera though...only draw back as for driving...getting in and out is tricky with lost leg room.
-
Well, start by not mixing front and rear battery types...make sure to run agm type with agm type only. upgrade the big 3 to 1/0...never replace stock grounds due to some sensors, add them. Then, replace front battery with a respectable agm battery. with that amp I would recommend a group 31 additional battery.

JustinWilson replied to zaxfire69's topic in Buyer / Seller Feedback

Looking for new 15's more toward SQ then SPL
JustinWilson replied to Lilnate107's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
Nate, this is true, just a tad out of reach. I say run 2 SA-15's in that box on your current amp it should be fine. You can get them for a really good price. -
ROFL what does ROFL mean ? Rolling on floor laughing...yup...I agree...I hope he meant what he said as a figure of speech though.
-
well said, also you have to consider true load...rise is a pain and could be most of your issue. A small plug for Rockford (I do love other amps) but they tend to have greater true output at 2 and 4ohms than other amps similarly rated at 1ohm. Especially the CP line.

How to tell how much electrical I need?
JustinWilson replied to Sid420's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
call/email Mechman/DC Power and find out what they offer for your car as I assume the 220a you are mentioning is the PowerBastards alt. I am running a DC Power 320a HP an upgraded front batt and 2 rear batts with 5k rms...no issues with daily pounding at all. -
email either of them. I had to email dc for my alt.

Wall help
JustinWilson replied to madison91b's topic in General Audio - Can't find a category for your question? Ask here.
My only question is why is one chamber better than two if the tuning, net volume, and port is the exact same. -

2 Rockford t1500cp... how much electrical?
JustinWilson replied to SlamminBeats's topic in Amplifiers
I ran a kinetik hc1400, 1800 and a optima red top up front and had small issues with power on a stock alt. I upgraded to a DC 320a no issues. since changed amps though. -
Thanks for the advice!
