    1st things first... holy flex bat man lmao 2nd. yea in the sketchup I sent the op it has 5 dowels going from port to the top baffle. The baffle is also 1.5 thick on the sketchup.

    Use resin. fill one side let it sit, settle, and dry. flip box to another side and repeat. Do this for every side.

    3100 under the hood of a 03 tiburon gt v6 6 speed. Took some fabrication. But was able to get it in. 3 925's in the wheel well. 975 in side of hatch area.

    Nah not really. I have a buddy in it so it's not a huge deal to me lol just wired and can't sleep so leaving my input on some (well a lot) of stuff

    So would a regular ported box tuned to 30hz.. but u just supported my last statement with the highlighted part in your comment lol I'm doing a design for a 4th order right now for 2 sa-8's and you really gotta watch where you tune it cause you can shred them. you'd wanna tune the 4th order to right around 50. Anything lower and you're risking it.

    4th order isn't for lows.. that has everything to do with tuning.. advantage of a 4th order is the increased bandwidth.

    What vehicle is it going in? here's a buddy I designed and built the box and everything else for. sa-8 build I was really surprised with how well everything turned out. We're getting ready to build a 4th order for them now. He's running them on an AQ 1200
