theres no way in hell that amp will not put out 2400 rms. theres no way only 160 amps worth of fusing. so that means it will more then likely only put out 1600 rms give or take a few hundred watts. if you were to do 8 subs they would be way underpowered plus i bet your rise would be a bitch. if i were you id just go with the 15s

technically, yes the amp would be having to work less and not have to amplify the sound as much. but would you actually hear a difference? most likely not. imo i would not buy a hu solely around having 6v pre outs. honestly the brand/ quality will make much more of a difference then the pre outs.

id rather get one quality sub rather then 2 decent ones that just me though. if i were you id get a aq hd 3.0 or dc lvl 4 or fi bl or anything like that and just a single 12 and a aq1200d or something similar thats srappable. so you can always upgrade without having to redo the whole system
