System of the Month only has 16 entries this month with $150 on the line out of my own pocket. If it isn't appreciated, then SOTM will soon disappear. I hate wasting time, money and bandwith if nobody is interested.

Agree^, many rebuilds going on right now, mine included. When complete, I'll be entering SOTM. The prizes are great and definitely appreciated. As far as I'm concerned I also value the peer recognition as well on top of the prizes.

Why is it when i make the port wide and tall it still has to be really long for low tuning? :/

Think of it like a volume of air with a cross section and a length with a given ratio between the two. You have to maintain the ratio to stay at a certain tuning.

hmm would like to use a product that powers on with usb (assuming 5v input?) so if i mod the wires to power on in a car(12v) it would fry up ? lol

Alternator output is DC and therefore OK to clamp.
Amplifier output is AC and speakers are reactive (inductive) so the voltage and current from the amp are out of phase by some amount.
Therefore you can't use two separate meters and multiply the peak readings.
Power is an instantaneous measurement, so the voltage and current must be multiplied at the exact same time...or you need to know the phase angle and do the math.
The AD-1 is nice in that it stops measuring at 1%...

At that length you probably wont find much, especially for a decent price. Your best option may be to build your own...? Tony D may be able to make you some custom ones if you don't want to make them yourself. I needed a 20' Coax RCA which they dont offer. Steve mentioned they could handle custom orders so I went with it. Not cheap but they are NICE and worth it.

I hear ya and generally agree with most crap movies coming out.
I do like the handheld camera, bump in the night, whats around the corner, kinda scary movies though.
