so they put out more power with similar voltage and are not more efficient? okay making more power with same voltage sounds like its efficient.. now if its amperage we are talking about then there is a difference but the scv line puts out more power over the saz line .. we are talking voltage wise not amperage the scv will make more power at 12v over other amps that are high voltage.. for instance the scv put out more power than my dc 9k at 12v but the 9k would kill it at 16v and even more at 18v.. this line of amps is made to make power at 12v system

its not that its greater its just more efficient than other amps that can be ran on high voltage setups (sundown amps). the scv 7500 could have been rated 8500 at 14.4. but they kept the rating low on it but most SCV line from sundown do well at 14v they exceed the rated power on all testing.. thats why i say if you cant keep the 7500 happy get the scv4000 because they will do about the same power if the 7500 is not happy

Thats why there is 12v amps, for people who run 12v electrical. IMO big boy amps need big boy electrical. Won't disagree with you that the SCV needs big boy electrical. However, I'd like you to show me a 12v tested amp instead of a 14.4 tested. I don't think I have come across a korean board that isn't 14.4 tested. just so you are aware.. the scv amp is not like the rest.. its made to be efficient at lower voltage so it actually needs less electrical than other amps to get its rated power.. somehow im getting the feeling you dont know much about the SCV line of amps

i think its doing the same numbers as my dc9k at the same voltage.. might have to change amps

no one is dick tugging here.. these are a solid number and i would say the same if it was any other brand pulling those numbers. even if it was a hifonics but just like any other thread people are never happy with the numbers posted even if they are a positive number

it was 14.0 even not 14.4.. the added .4 boosted it to 9057

at that price i need 2 sets for the ascendant audio 7 inch carbon mids and maybe 2 sets for tweeters.. going to have to get some sunflash

like i said if people cant run this amp they should get a smaller amp.. like you say at 12v it would do 5900 watts wouldnt running a scv6000 do better given the fact that it wont strain the electrical as much and most likely do better than 5900? big amps are for people who can feed the amp the power it needs

well its rated at 7500 at 12v.. it should do that rating for those who cant afford to get 14v. but then 12v wont be realistic because people will drop to 10v, at that point they are better off on a scv6000 or a scv4000.. like i said if people cant support the electrical demand of an amp maybe they shouldnt run that amp or give up the audio scene

every time i see one of your post you're talking down on other brands 14 volts is realistic its not like its at 16v or even 18 volts.. if some people cant support the electrical for any amp then they shouldnt be in the car audio scene

How well do the z v.4 do on different frequencies. I hear they do good on lows but lack on the higher side of the frequencies. I prefer a sub that can do good in both low and high. 28-65hz not just play good 25-45hz

i used to play this and crystal castle with unlimited play time.. when i was 8 years old and would go to the laundry place with mom i would get metal hangers and stick it behind the coin thing for free credits.. when i was around 12 they had changed to the new coin insert thing i would trade quarters for nickles then go home and smashed on them with a hammer making them quarter size and would play 5 credits for 25 cents lol
