I don't own a dd1 but if i'm not mistaken it has the tones in 0, -5, and -10 DB tracks. I was just wonder what difference out makes when using one of those tracks?

not being able to fit a dual alt setup does suck. could sacrifice power setering though lol... if you want to try and still do 1/4 then go with a smaller box for less weight. -
why are fuses used? to protect an electrical system and prevent fires. no point in taking chances.

at -2 ohms to right borris? if not your doing it wrong and need to move the port to lower your impedance.

no, simple as that. bass boos is pointless and personally I think that it is only on amps so that people burn through subs faster and have to spend money to replace subs more often. if its not loud enough with everything set correctly then get subs that can handle more power and an amp that can produce the power the subs need.

and your not steve meade now are you? if he jumped off a bridge would you? im sure you don't have the knowledge he has specially when it comes to the dd-1.

to be safe its best to use the -5db track. otherwise if your not careful your will burn up your subs faster.

The math part isn't the hard part IMO, it's remembering formulas (my memory sucks). Does make it look easy in the videos though.

So when setting everything up with a dd1 you can just simply hook it too to the last part in the system Anne set it all up from the front to back, that will make it easier and faster IMO. On question I have is if using say a -5 track is used ti set it up how does that change the process?

1" will have less flex and with 30mm xmax its gonna be moving. that and ive seen 1" mdf for close to the same cost as 3/4"

I was just asking, I know a 12 with 19mm xmax need about 32" of port area and so it looked like a lot of port for a 10 but it has a lot of xmax on that 10 so it should be good.

picked up a used craftmans router with a router table for $20 bucks yesterday. turned it on before buying it and it sound like it was brand new.

replacing a front wheel bearing, in a hurry in the dark and messed up the threads on the axle and have to replace the stabilizer bar.

lol, i know right. if i would have just listened to that gut level feeling that i should stop and get up at the first sing of light to finish the job and i could be done already. have work tonight that i cant make it to with no phone to call with either. lol, its been a great past 3 months trying to get along with family i walked away from when i was 14. cant wait for this to be all done and over with.
