If the reviews are bad, i wouldnt do it but its all up to you. You could always try it and if it doesent work out just remove and get the proper dash kit.

Soundstream Rubicon 2500.1D, there pretty good for the price and from owning one for about a year and a half they seem to do rated.

MTX 9500! I have a 12'' 9500 SVC 4 ohm in a 3.8 cubic foot box tuned to 32hz on a Soundstream rub1.2500 and it slams the lows!! At 28hz i can make my windsheld wipers bounce, and its only a 12''!!

I have heard a lot of people saying that if you let your voltage drop too often or too much it can cause your amp to go bad after a wile. Is this true??

I'm waiting in my soundstream rub1.2500, and I plan to rynoline the box. I have all ready upgraded all my mids and highs. Can't wait to get it bumping!!

The box is about 3.8 cubic feet, port is tuned to 28hz.

I have not had much experience with soundstream amps, is there anyone that can give me some advice on these amps? I'm going to be running it on a MTX 9500 12"

my amp is not in yet, still waiting. the box is 4 cubes tuned around 28hz, all my wires are ready to have the amp hooked up.

The Power Acoustic BAMF series are very low in price, I have owned 2 in my years of car audio and there really not that bad considering the price. But in most situations, you get what you pay for, but I would only recommend them to people who are tight on money looking for an amp.
