    Just switched from my 8gb iPhone 4 to a 32gb iPod Touch 3rd Gen for the music source in my car. And holy sound quality batman! The difference between my iphone and ipod is ridiculous!! I don't even understand but I can roll with it!

      Whenever you are using the 3.5mm jack on an iPhone/iPod you are also using its DAC. The iPod probably has a better one, I know my iPad does. That is why I hate iDevices for music playback, it's annoying as fuck to bypass their internal amplifier.

      I noticed the same with my 160gig ipod classic and my 4th gen ipod touch, I couldn't use the EQ on the classic, it was pure distortion, but the EQ on the ipod touch just quiets down or boosts certain frequencies without sounding bad

    Haha true. I'm a PC dude. Still gotta be able to see the other side though And yes they are totally holding back what developers are able to do.

    It has it's demographic. Some people just don't want to deal with the complexity of setting up a rig for something like this and just want to sit down and turn it on and have at it. It still has its place. But yes, seems outdated right out the get-go. But it has to retain it's price-point somehow.

    Yeah, and the framerates TANK at some times for the PS4. Noticed that mountains in the distance were almost nonexistant too. A big shadow is missing too on the floor when it shows the hallway crumbling.
