  1. I guess I am curious to who was the first to put 45's in a box? and why.
  2. Opinions on 45's very greatly, personally I don't use them. They are very over rated imo.
  3. Dunno about MLA, might just do a 1 wire alt as number 2. Never really took build pics, I get going and forget all about it.
  4. My voltage doesn't go below 13.4, with those batts and a DB electrical 220 amp alt. Thinking about adding another alt for something to do tho
  5. Friends don't let friends shop for subs on youtube. That car is loud as hell with any sub. It use to have lvl5's
  6. I know what you are saying, it gets very annoying. Install is about 90% imo. To the OP, BL's are no joke, I would take them over many other subs out today. Thats probably why I am running them lol Besides more subs > more power imo.
  7. Don't blow them and you will never need CS. I would go DD.
  8. 15's would have the potential to be louder, and size does not make them slower. Also you need a lot more cone to be a "ground pounder"
  9. Not always, they are very good paper weights :hairtrick:
  10. bcae1.com You have a lot of reading to do.
  11. Don't mix sub sizes period. As for kicker amps frying at 1 ohm, thats pretty laughable. It all depends on ur electrical, and some luck. Some amps can run at 1 ohm and some won't. Ur impedance rise has a lot to do with it also.
  12. Havoc yes, BL not quite sql if you ask me.
  13. Wow some interesting sq/sql opinions here.

    Wow

I think I will do my amp like that and see what happens.
  15. Get the 18. You won't need as much power, so it will save you money. You said its not an issue but it always is! Will be easier on your electrical as well powering 1 instead of 2.
  16. One of my favorite bass songs is Neil McCoy - If I was a drinking man. It slams hard. Slow it down and its even better.
  17. Thats the strange thing about kicker amp, I had a zx2500 that would play at 1 ohm all day long. But a friends zx2500 wouldn't do it.
