use either a four ch rca or two two ch rca both will work

for as much as that sub costs and a amp to push it you should just put a 10' sub in there jl is good but i dont think it would sound better

i dont think he was talking about the setting on the amp you should double check the connections on wires from amp to subs make sure all pos are to pos and all neg is to neg if you have one backwords you will have less bass easy way to test is to disconnect wires from amp and pop them get a battery from a drill 9- 12 volts and touch wires to bat if speaker pops out its correct if it sucks in its out of phase.

hey ive installed a shit load of prestige alarms they are easy to install and have a bunch of outputs ive had mine in four differnent cars you should be really happy with it . ive done dei clifford viper autopage etc to me prestige is the best never have any problems braking down.

so three runs of ground looks like two going to engine block and one going to batt and did you ground batts in rear also or just from front just wondering if there is less eng noise that way if any at all.if some one knows let me know thanks

gm has several harnesses out you might of gotten the wrong one as far as the fuses there should be a fuse box near the battery for constant power it is under a black plastic cover if you have the owners manual check it out. that plug should work they only plug in one way make sure you try each plug in in every hole if they dont fit then turn around and try again also do you only have front stock speaker locations there should be a third big plug with a brown a yellow and a light blue and a dark blue wires for the rears unless theres no rears

i think that wall would protect you better than the air bag.

the white plug with the yellow wire plugs into the black plug with the orange and black wire are in the other two plugs into the big black harness you bought as far as power usually the fuse box under the dash is for ignition power and the fuse box under the hood by the battery is for the constant 12 v power.. check all the fuses under the hood esp if orange wire has no power.

check the voltage at both batteries if they are ok thencheck the wiring at the deck usually if the battery is dead the radio should stay on and the amps will turn on and off.
