If they aren't important, or too close to matter, base your choice on price. You're going to get customer service from both companies, and a warranty from both companies. I think you would be happy with either, but I'd rather sell you a T3. Reason I posted the thread to see what people thought of the 2 subs. And to Superjay, I will PM you. Been trying to get ahold of T3
