The bouncer should of called the cops if he was dealing. techforce Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 I saw 2 crimes that in a couple states could of been legal use of deadly force to stop it... first... taking the money in the manner he did, strong arm robbery and locking the door, false imprisonment... both in a couple states are forceable felonies and justify use of deadly force... In Florida, just the bouncers size alone versus the kids size is justifiable use of force... it states if you are in fear as much as broken bone and the person has the ability to cary off the threat, you can use deadly force to stop the threat... but... you have to be assaulted first... As I said before... you never know who you are starting shit with... you might run into that one person who has studied the law looking for every legal reason to kill a person...

Not one bit of that was called for, legal or even justified... he had no drugs on him... didn't have that much money on him... even before the assault a couple crimed were commited. Come on... there was no threat there... and even if he was dealing... that was not called for... grab him by his head and drag him out the door...
