uhoh_45 Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 so does anyone know why the bouncer did that? sounded like buddy was selling drugs at the bouncers place ??? but like everyone now a days hes just "hating" on that guy im fucking sick of you people everyone's quick to jump on the white dudes side blindly knowing why hes in that situation in the first place sure what the bouncer did was wrong but fuck if the white dude put himself in that situation buy doing something wrong then he got what was coming to him How can you NOT be on his side???? Not one bit of that was called for, legal or even justified... he had no drugs on him... didn't have that much money on him... even before the assault a couple crimed were commited. Come on... there was no threat there... and even if he was dealing... that was not called for... grab him by his head and drag him out the door... my point is im sick of people jumping to conclusions without knowing the facts like yeah what the bouncer did was wrong and illegal, i understand that but it seems like that situation doesnt just happen you dont just get accused of selling drugs shit like that dont just happen.... i just cant sum up all that im trying to get out here The only one "jumping to conclusions" is YOU. We all heard the bouncer say the kid was selling drugs, we also heard the kid say he wasn't. So it was the bouncer word bs the kids word, so since there's no facts then we can't use that at all. But you assumed the kid WAS selling drugs. The bouncer looked through and called someone with the kids phone. (potential invasion of privacy/abuse of power/unwarranted search). FACT The bouncer punched the kid in the face multiple times. FACT The bouncer locked the door when the kid tried to get out. (false imprisonment) FACT The bouncer took the kids money. FACT The bouncer made the kid bow down to him (hate crime in a good lawyers book) FACT So it looks like were all going with fact and you're the only one jumping to conclusions. EDIT: and when you said that being accused of selling drugs, you were kidding right?!?! Cuz that happens all the time. being accused of selling drugs happens all the time??? because thats never happened to me and yeah i agree with you what the bouncer did was wrong and illegal but you dont know what happened off the camera that guy could be in there all the time slanging dope and the bouncers finally got sick of it or this could be his first time in the establishment and the bouncer just seen him as an easy target and did what he did no one here knows only the people who are involved know the truth here example- you see a video of someone getting hit say a bat outside a store your going to have 9809840 people saying that guy should go to jail and get fucked and raped and all this shit or if that was me i'd come back and shoot him shit like that but heres what you dont see, shortly before that what had happened was that guy robbed your store and you came after him but somehow that guy looks like the victim yeah it looks like hes the victim but you dont know what happened off camera edit- if there have been reports of shakedowns and shit in the past then yeah i agree with you all 100% i hope the bouncer gets what he deserves R.I.P! If he's selling drugs or did something wrong, report the police to him and have him arrested, or just kick him out, that simple. Everyone just goes around beating the shit out of each other or they go shoot someone and that's how they solve problems, and those people are the biggest pansies out there if you ask me. Be the bigger man and step aside so police, who get paid to handle situations like these, can do their job.
BulletInjection Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 Let me add to this, he emptied out his pockets and had NOTHING on him that was drug related. And don't tell me that having 300 bucks in his wallet at a strip club means he was selling drugs. Do some reading on this. This club has been reported to police multiple times for shakedowns such as this. What is different about this one, his buddy posted the video online. He is already facing multiple charges and is out on bail. Hopefully this kid gets a good lawyer because I do think this should be handled as a hate crime as well. Time to put that shoe on the other foot. He said bow down to the big brown.... racist My build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...8920&st=100 http://www.youtube.com/Bulletinjection

The guy had already left the house (or establishment in your example) so the real victim was no longer justified in his retaliation. I was in my martial arts uniform, so yes being accused of that DOES happen. Just people are like " you deal drugs because of your nice system". Its total BS. Suburban Coming Soon

But in the movie someone breaks into the guys (victims) house. The victim and guy bump into eachother in the house. Victim grabs a bat and the guy start running. The victim chases the guy and strikes him in the head with the bat. At that point they had reached the guys front lawn. They go to court and the "victim" is arrested because he was no longer justified in his actions because they weren't inside his house anymore. Damn this post was real off topic but it explains Why retaliation after the incident isn't too good so I'll post it anyways. langsdon2 Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 Yeah this was not that fuckers first time doing this to someone in the restroom. You dont just have your buddy in there recording it and look back and smile and jack someone. This shit was planned out, they definitely target the smallest guy who has a wad of cash. I like that line the shoe is on the other foot. Bang em if you got em
