merk_master Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 Ok , so I am thinking about Running an Audiopipe 15" woofer in a ported box . t would have subs and port facing forward sealed off from the trunk . I am wanting to use this system as a daily beat setup. I love the lows more than the highs (40hz+) would tuning to the low 30s still have any power behind it ? Woofer is TXXAPX15BL amplifier is a HFI 100d mono amp . will be wired at 1OHM hopeful noob

What the box is tuned to in full space (or half, I think that most programs use either of them) doesn't mean shit when you put it in a car.
