We wish you the best not hating just being honest. when he had them at his house, he said bnib. there was never a report of a chip and he said when they left this house there was no chip. also the boxes where not in the condition you see now. so it was the shipping company's fault. they would have to replace the speaker but since he did not put insurance on the packages it will have to come out of his pocket wow now this just shows that smd isnt just any forum. Now on the other hand it's not illegal to say "I want $103 for xxxx product" If it comes down to a dispute with paypal, let paypal know he was asking for an additional 3% to cover fees BUT make sure you have proof 2001 Tahoe.
