In the flex vids I use the same song that way you can see how the different setup's flex the car without any other variables. lower tuning is just hard. 97SSBlazer Posted June 24, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 24, 2011 Well I LOVE my Apline SPS-600C. They are GREAT for the price BUT they lack the 'Mid' I have been craving. So yesterday the new Alpine SPR-60C's came in and I installed them in our board, I work at a car audio shop . They sound GREAT. STRONG mid bass and strong tweeter. So I bought them I installed them last night and drove 20 miles just to hear them. I really like them, I like tweeters and I had to use the -2 jumper on the crossovers. They retail at 279.99, so they aren't for everybody but if your looking for a nice pair of speakers with great balanced sound these will do it, and 110 RMS I can actually use my RF T1000-4 now. The R's in my front doors easily keep up with the 2 pair of S's in my rear deck. The R's sound so good that I plan on swapping the rear S's for them as well. My buddy as 4 alpine r 12's on a RF 1500bd and hits 141's on music. My box is on the small side. 1.4 NET each they would like to see 1.5 NET each. Its VERY aggressive, its easily the most aggressive car in my area, if not the loudest. I haven't worked on or seen any cars louder than me lower tuning is just hard.
