97SSBlazer
Dude, 4th orders get stupid low. You probably wouldn't hit 50s, but you'd be in the 40s under 30 hz just sayin. EDIT: Let me carify... OK you can tune a 4th order for numbers, but you can also get them to dig deeper than just a ported box. Oh I know. I just like the broad range my ported box has and a 4th order box would be larger so I would lose even more room in my trunk. My buddy has 2 W7 13's in a 6th order blow though in his truck, His truck is a solid 1DB louder on the meter BUT mine gets lower and is louder by ear. Awesome ride, love the quality of work Thanks man lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz. -= 2005 Tahoe LT =-Head unit: Pioneer AVH-X5500BHSSource: iPad Mini in dash Subs: 2 T1 12's Sub Amp: T1500-1bdCPWire: Rockford Fosgate 1/0 awgSignal Cable: MonsterFronts:Stock Bose for now:)Rears: Stock Bose for now:)MIds/High amp: Stock Bose for now:) 2005 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172529-2005-tahoe-my-17th-vehicle/ 2001 Monte Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/160030-2001-monte-carlo-my-16th-car-lol/page-2#entry25309381997 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemead...oe-6-15-rf-15s/2001 Impala Build Log: http://www.stevemead...katzkin-inside/
Quiet
that's true, you'd kiss your trunk goodbye, but I think if it were tuned properly you could do it. I'm just saying, don't do anything on my account, your system is light years ahead of mine anyway. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud. Enjoy life, play music and do it 4th order style...lol

97SSBlazer
Thanks. I can't stand people who do sloppy installs. I set out to build the cleanest impala I could. I don't know many people who do this much to a car lol. I think I have built one hell of an impala. lower tuning is just hard.
