Keith77 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Congradulations on the house. I know the feeling I bought a house going on 4years ago... Me being single most of my money goes to the house bills. But Its mine. LOL. Just now getting to wear I can start to afford toys again. LOL Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.
Lbox88 Posted January 12, 2012 Author Report Posted January 12, 2012 That was our thing, my wife and I have been living in apartments for years and found an area we wanted to stay so we started looking into it and it will be cheaper as house+taxes+insurance than our apartment is now. Figured it out and if we live off my wage and use hers to pay back the parents, then in about 2 months we should have them both paid back. will be much nicer knowing we're not throwing away $10k+ a year on a temporary roof over our heads. Exactly, with this place I can at least back a car out and have a spot to work, and the house is move in ready and just needs paint for now on some of the rooms. There is already plans for other things, but they can wait till later down the road. UBL | Build Log

Mortgage guy told us that with the 6%, he will be able to cover all closing costs plus buy our rate down, starting at 3.75% and hoping to get it down to more around ~2%. EDIT: there was another couple offering $111K, but the old folks took us for our marital status UBL | Build Log

IBleedMusick Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 That's wonderful best part about coming home is coming home to something you own. They go have to bury me in the backyard mine is a 5/3 came in with the house being worth 315k got it for 225k with everything in the end and exactly one year later the family next door bought theirs for 175k. I almost had a heart attack only difference between our homes is mine is the full packaged deal with every upgrade possible and theirs is missing some of what I got but still property value dropped like a bish. Glad the market is on the come up because now this pain in the ass is looking more like an investment again might be able to make something off it if I ever decided to sell. 2013 Dodge Charger Build Log 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0Build Log 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Build Log SMD SUPER SELLER!!!!My Selling Feedback
