Wiz and Decaf FTW he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

OrionStang Posted August 26, 2011 Author Report Posted August 26, 2011 Getting my new components in, Rainbow 3-way sets. Had to do a little modifying of the tweeter holes, but they came out damaged. The two 4" midrange will have to overlap a bit to fit, but I have a plan for that. I'm going to make a 6x8 plate (1/4" pine) and mount one mid on top, the other on bottom. Then mount the whole thing in the factory location. They will be attenuated down, and the tweeters will be adjusted, using the switches on the crossover. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

I've always thought trunk mounted crossovers were sexy. Don't know if that affects sound though. Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above.
