OrionStang
Got the car back from getting the brace welded in. They used 4" wide 1/8" stock across the deck, and boxed in the ends. I got some cleaning up to do, but they did pretty good. I gotta give a shout out to Mike and Logan of SteelNutz Offroad in Murrieta, CA. They build pre-runners and other desert vehicles. OrionStang
May I kindly ask why the pieces are only tacked in? Thats all that is needed. Full beads would cause the metal to begin to warp. The seam filler is made for this, to fill the gaps. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang
My home-made rear seat delete/amprack is not going as smoothly as planned. It looked so easy on paper. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

Otherwise it will be a noisy bitch Thanks for looking, Ray. I was curious what your opinion would be. They hit every spot it touches. Then I filled the seams REAL good with body seam filler. I'll also add some deadener to it, so there shouldn't be any noise. I whipped the car around a bit in the parking lot and there was no creaking or other noise, even before the filler. They did a good job! SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

OrionStang
We want pics of the sub!!!! Hopefully Saturday. Usually takes 2 days for DC stuff to get to me. Here's the teaser again LOL I did get some small stuff done today. Got the rear panels back in and the amp rack 'kind of' sized up and ready to tackle tomorrow. Got the trunk carpet cut to size and attached to the mdf battery cover. Shitty pics, i'll get a couple in daylight tomorrow. Also got the batteries wedged in place. Kinda ghetto, but nobody will see it, and its functionable, they aren't going anywhere. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
