jeyrapboy
Ok guys my step dad has been talking about getting a AR for awhile and me and my mom want to surprise him I found a guy locally that has a Stag arms M1 ar-15 with a 5.56 NATO chamber which will allow us to shoot the 5.56 and the .223 correct? so anyone have any experience with Stag arms or have any other options i should look at? Thanks in advance

f0zter
I love AR15s, just don't let it dry out they love being all oiled up! I have seen two that got dried out and had a live round caught above to bolt. Not fun to remove! I've used a S&W and an old military issue colt. I loved them both, they shoot straight don't kick but their loud as hell. It will fire both .223 and 5.56. korey_hofer
yeah 5.56 will shoot both, but a .223 will wear out fast if you shoot 5.56 in it. make sure you clean it after shooting they don't like to be dry or dirty. other than that great guns I love my bushmaster Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme.
