I would of rotated Batts with pos or neg together still

wow you know I actually didn't even think of that. If I didn't make as much progress as I did over the last couple hours I would go do that right now. Actually I might test it out tomorrow to see how it works out

Then I laced the negs then ran the pos over top and laced those. Sucks with the neg being black it is a little challenging to see the tie tie

The cable lacing is supposed to relieve stress on wires right? Is there any other purpose?

a neater way to manage wiring without using zip ties. I used it in aviation. I know it is used in NASA as well and sometimes in information systems like with cat-5 and fiber optic cables and such. zip ties leave a pointy end that is a no no in those situations and the harsh edges can cut into the jacket. I didn't use it for stress or any of that though. I did it for fun and to add a level of craftsmanship to my build that I wanted. Eventually I want all the zip ties I have used to be replaced with lacing. Which is only the runs of 1/0 front to back and my HID harnesses. I first found out about it from this thread on diyma

http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/fabrication-tools-tricks-trade/96053-why-dont-more-people-do.html

and then researched it there is a lot of cool info out there about it. Before they had zip ties they did this 24/7
