BanginOnABudget Posted April 13, 2011 Report Share Posted April 13, 2011 honestly, the best SQ sub for the money would be the 2011 model type-R or the w7. thats a fact. wait for people to tell me im wrong. and to the guy that posted the SSA's, those are TERRIBLE SQ subs, get that out of your head, im not a hater, i love SSA subs, but they are FAR from SQ. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Ive had a pair of type-r's in both sealed and ported boxes IMO there not good. Good SQ woofers from what I've heard should have a high xmax.
