So this product would be more like a Damplifier Pro XL?

I have 4 shop packs in my truck and I'm still short quite a bit. Some places were doubled up do to the large spaces of unsupported material I was working with. I'm sure my application was over kill, but I don't have any unwanted noise and rattles.

For my case, a thicker product would of been a benefit. I think most everyday systems it could also be a benefit as not everyone needs to coat their entire car to achieve great results. I think the key would to be to market this product as a cost savings alternative to using more of the damp products.

Hands down, i would buy it if it was thicker but the same price as regular damplifier

I'm in for something smaller and easier to work with. even if it's just a hair more expensive. less work = more time do work on something else. worth just a little more money!

I voted yes because i'm going to need to deaden my floor prolly about the time this would come out.

If the price is right and the adhesive is good enough for the deadening to stay on the roof I'd definitely be down to pick some up. Biggest thing is the price though.

I used the old b stock spl tiles. they were really easy to work with since it was a smaller size, i had my entire roof deaden and just added a T shape alot the roof with the top of the T going across the back and i gained somewhere around .5 db from that. but the tiles peeled of easily with the summer heat when i installed them, but i read on the site that the b stock ones had a bad glue or something and werent recommended to be mounted like i had them.

would you shoot yourself in the foot if you cancel out the regular with the pro and make this new product the pro? Just adjust the pricing.

Thanks for all of the input. Keep it coming! Keep in mind that this item would be smaller (1 sq ft) than Damplifier (2 sq ft) and Damplifier Pro (1.67 sq ft) with a thicker foil (10 mil) compared to Damp and Damp Pros (6 mil). Pricing has not yet been determined, but we will try to make it a great deal as it may be a one time offer only.
