if someone threatened my kids one of two things would happen...either I'd be adult about it and notify the police, let them know that I'm afraid for the safety of my kids and that they need to make her aware what she's done is a crime, then get a restraining order...if I'm feeling vengeful there would be a series of LITTLE things done to scare the shit out of her...like things left inside her locked car, locked house...on her desk at work...things to let her know she isn;t safe anywhere she goes. Then make contact with her letting her know it's time for her to leave

i remember working at a grocery store years back. Some guy would come through the parking lot with a high powered cb radio in his truck. He would key it up and override the store mic system. We were in the car leaving one night and the guy did it, and it came through the radio, dont ask me how. If you could simulate this while shes singing in her car. Tell her to stop touching herself or her shits gonna rot off.

also, we used to get calls at our shop from some relay phone service for the deaf. Scammers would use it to try to get you to sell them audio equipment. Basically, you go online and google "deaf relay call service". There are several. You type a number on the screen, and it calls it. You type message on the computer, and the relay operator reads it out loud over the phone. Good for pranks, too. Anyway, call this bitch up through the realy and mess with her. Tell her the world knows what she is doing alone with those 2 gerbils.

holy crap that sounds like something from a horror movie, i wouldnt like to be messing with you,

and to the OP i would get evidence and report it to the cops, get a big case if she keep going than take her to court, ive had problems with bad neighbors and when you retaliate it always ends up being worse for you, thats just my opinion
