It just means you get more power, it's not getting more efficient. More efficient means more dB/watt. I agree with building a box to combat rise, but to a certain extent. Wiring below 1 ohmis useless, amps get way less efficient below 1 ohm and it adds a lot more stress to the amp and subwoofer since it's sending more amps thru the subwoofer. You are correct, there is more than just rise to determine box efficiency, I was just trying to show that box rise can matter to music, as a subs active impedance (impedance rise of the sub itself, not including box rise) will be a variable that cannot be helped. Maintaining proper net volume for power, having proper port area help make it more efficient, but building a box that has proper net volume, proper port area, and has a low rise will make a huge difference when all 3 are put together. Really i never thought of that.... O yes i did read my posts. First of all this was just for fun really i had this amp for a coupl years and was just wonderin what it was capable of. Even if it was stable at a .25ohm i doubt i would even push it there. My amp is stable daily at .5ohm so i was like shyt im sure someone has ran this amp that loww i guess no one has.
