n8ball2013 Posted May 24, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 well they claimed to use ratchet straps. the ratchet strap has a buckle on it. in that pic it sure looks like it was something with teeth that cauased the damage. its not flat or smooth to me. they claimed the damage was done by a wheel lift or wheel jack. I googled and researched and there is no way. a wheel jack does not touch the inner lip without going over hte outer lip. It would have had to scratch the entire lip not the inner edge.
