Resin vs peel and seek

My bad lol woke up to quick to spell peel and seal and dee bees , DBS .... It just I herd alot about ppl putting dynamat in there box and it raised them up to .5 db and resin to .

Peel and seek is a mix between your childhood game and hellraiser. Oh the fun to be had losing skin, lol

my question is.. where have you seen people put actual sound deadener inside the box..?

most people resin the inside of their box to seal the pores in the MDF, most people really only see a .3 gain (if that) with adding resin inside the box.. 2 layers or so should do it.. a lot of people will say just adding resin also helps strengthen the box, yet you must apply fiberglass mat/cloth (mainly in corners) to help strengthen a box

end result = not worth it unless your chasing numbers/records.
