audiofanaticz
The blue stuff you see is some PL Plus Super duty construction adhesive, it bonds to wood, concrete, and other crap i guess. lol I am gluing all joints with titebond 3, and filling in around any gaps and edges with the PL Plus. Inside the 2by2 and 2by4 frame will be another layer of mdf just to stiffing it up more so, that will also be glued and screwed, then go around the edges with more PL Plus, and then resined. Then front baffle. I also got a small video hosting now to get somewhat a better view then my cell phone.

BFB
I somehow have been missing this thread. Box is looking really good. I'd suggest for your baffle that you put a sub behind each seat with the port up top, I've tried both and this seems to work better for me. Also, it hides the subs from anyone trying to peak in through the windshield... and gives a kick ass back massage! Will be watching for more pics... audiofanaticz
Dont really know where I left off on the pics, but I think a few are from yesturday, and the rest are from today. Today I also picked up a jumbo thing of resin. screw the little 1 quart containers, I got the big one and its almost gone now!! So I was removing my headrests out of my seats. They didnt pull out, so I took a haxsaw too the rails that extend and lower for the height adjustment. Well I cut one side off, then went to lift the head rest a little more to cut the other side of the head rest off, and I guess only 1 rail of the headrests had a stopper on it, and the headrest came flying out at me when I pulled it up! If I wasnt wearing my glasses I would of got the rail in my eye, but instead my glasses got knocked off my face, and split my eyebrow open. It didnt want to stop bleeding at first, but I got some paroxside on it and it clotted up. I ran out of PL Plus today, and home depot and menards where closed by 9, and there was no way Id make it their in time, so i took a few hour break, then went to walmart and picked up 3 tubes of liquid nails and continued caulking around the edges. Ready for the resin!! I just took these last few pics, it was at about 1:30am central time, 62 degrees, and raining out pretty good! But Im on a mission! So tomorrow its on to the front baffle, and maybe loading the wall?!?!?!? So far my material list.. (5) 4'x8' Sheets of 3/4" mdf (2) 32oz Bottles of TiteBond 3 (2) bigger bottles of GreatStuff (1) 128oz Bondo Fiberglass Resin (4) tubes of PL Plus industrial glue/caulk (3) tubes of Liquid Nails (16) or so metal brackets And a few boxes of screws, tho I cant give a full count since some boxes I already had and used, but I used a ton of .5", 1.25", 2", and 3" screwes throughout the build, and I still have some more screwing on the 3 layer front baffle. All walls are also 1.5 + inches thick.
