People at hardware stores that look at you like you're nuts because you're looking for something and they ask what its for and you tell them, which is followed by you getting the crazy look. Usually followed up with a "why??" or "that won't work..". If you don't want to know what I'm building don't ask. Examples: getting paint mixed they ask what you're painting, looking for the stack of expanding foam because the shelf doesnt have enough on it, tile rollers for sound deadening, bolts for subwoofers/alternators, allthread rods. 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. I can't say I haven't done this before... Back when I was 15-16 when I first started driving, (I'm 27 now btw...), I'd buy an amp and subs off of a friend and get it home to install it all but didn't have an amp kit of any kind...
