The Big Oki
Hey, I sent you a mail with some ideas. But I can tell them here also. I am just afraid that I will spent more and more time into the forum, and my work will suffer Its great to have a place to share ideas. But forgive me when I am quiet sometimes. Really no need for my own section here, but I am so pleased to get that offer ! However, lets see how its developing, no hurry. Let me dig some pics out of my front systems. But you maybe shocked. They are so simple, and removeable, but sound great. Not everybodys taste regarding the installation. Its more "Form follows function". Some Americans were able to hear them when I visited the states with my cars. Sometimes less is more Basically JUST sealed Kickpanels for Mids, and then perfectly placed Highs (or wideband speakers) on the dash. Thats all So it is not important WHAT brand you use, just HOW you use it. Even my Sony Setup sounded great. No comparsion to other setups, but the system itself is the same. No big secret. Just consequent. Just spend a little time litening and tuning into it. And go ways what are non conventional ! Dont care what others say when they just see your install, but laugh when you see their jaws dropping. I can show you my Ü2 install (not as clean, bc. it grewed during the building, startet as JUST SPL Project and ended up as "SQPL" thing...) and you NEVER will think this will sound great, but ask some US fellas who heard it back in 2002 when I made more sound quality demos in Nashville, than I spent time for competing at the world finals Üüüühh!!!
