Supercharged DCs
Oh shit Even if it isn't true 2/0, for $2.45 it seems a hell of a deal! Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.
kryptonite
gonna find out some more info and probably order a section to see what it's like, i'll report back with my findings! Update: Just talked to my buddy who is a journeyman through our local electrical company and he said he's hesitant to use this cable for our application. I'm going to call the company in the morning on my break and see what i can find out. Anyone have ideas on how i can word my questions besides flat out asking if it'll work for car audio? I don't want to give them the answer i'm looking for just so that they can say yes and it really not being ok for our use. kryptonite
Talked to the company yesterday and they said the cable is usually used for heavy equipment battery cable as well as welding cable. I ordered a piece of the 2/0 and a piece of 4/0 (just because I've never seen 4/0) and will report back on it. Destram
I have a friend who used 3/0 welding cable for his system and it worked just fine. It's super stiff, though, unless you find some that's not as stiff. 2006 BMW 325i My feedback: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/77301-official-destram-feedback/
