fox_racin4
MarioB has the only 150 trunk car that I've ever heard ofThorshammer has one. And fox_racin4 had one but he's doing a truck build now i got to a 150.1 with my trunk.. one atomic 7k on 2 12s.. took me LOTSSS of testing and a few differnt set ups. when i did the 150, i had a ripped tripple joint on one of the subs from beating on them so hard.. and soo many burps, so im sure with a fully working sub.. better electrical icould have put up a little better number but.. i got to my goal of a 150. it is alot of work, but in the end its nice to say you hit a 150 in a trunk! 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole

Alex K
ok ill be that guy do you have any idea what its going to take to hit a 150 from the trunk? Its good to have goals but you might want to set your sights a little lower. this 2006 Nissan Z Track. My Feedback Thread i used to think a band pass was something you were around your neck or something.
lilboom
im not going to let you guys lower my goals i know what i want i want to cause havoc when i drive by Im starting with 1500-1800rms to get things going.then im going to double it for around 3k rms once i get some more electricity flowing. I hear you guy's and i have been paying some attention,so i know a 150 is not impossible. For those that say my 150 is a high goal . Im planning to get close at possible with a single 12/sub hopefully around 145+db pushing it then im going to double the cone and the power hoping to pop a 149-150db for the box im shooting to have the port firing into the cabin for daily i have 35hz so i want to go around 30hz but for spl/goal purposes i might tune as high at 40hz to be decent. SuperBass check out⊂ http://www.youtube.com/Bassknots 129.3 meca 136.8 db drag (60 hz peak) http://bassknotsstereo.blogspot.com/ comment/subscribe and stay tuned ,working on 150 db http://www.stevemead...r/page__st__380

Louisiana Bass
You won't get a 150 on a 3000w rms amp. Even clamping 3000 watts, it'd be a struggle. It's nice that you have goals, but you have no idea how hard it is to get a 150. A 145 with 1 12" is pretty hard too. N8. No homo...unless you want there to be. Thats good man, Thats what every great plan starts with a goal, and no one can hate on you, or discourage your for that. You have my support just because you make it a goal and work towards it. In all honesty yes a 150 trunk is Definitely really hard to do.. but goals are not easy to reach so just work towards it man
BeAlLsTaR13
fairly hard, i have 2 sa12s on a 3500d and only doing a 147ish on burps, about a high 145-low 146 musically in the 38-41hz range (i am peaking around 39/40 in my new box) yes its a daily driver, but tbh i dont see myself seeing a gain unless i upgrade subs and power a guy i compete with has 2 dd9512s on a cactus k9 and has only done a 150.3 out of his trunk iirc Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------
