Bakerman
I have a 4 wire O2 sensor. The two white are the + and - heater wires, the black is a signal + and the grey is a signal - wire. My question is when hooking up an A/F guage, do I splice into the heater + or the signal + Quick help is appreciated guys...thanks!

crispy_chick3n
should be signal. heater is just a constant voltage. signal is the changing voltage that you want. Quote This page is crispy_chick3n approved. © crispy_chick3n inc
RandyAudio
As crispy said you only need the signal wires. If you tap the heater wires you will never get a reading except full rich.
teardrop
get a wide band a/f gauge if you wanna tune with it because the low band that just plices in is just for looks they are worthless for tunning and power
audiofanaticz
Should be the pos signal from what I remember when I tossed one in my old 35th anniversary thunderbird supercoupe. I miss watching those lights bounce around
