mdwerner6942 Posted July 20, 2011 Report Posted July 20, 2011 My son been turning me on to some new woofers, since I had never heard of Sundown, DC, RE or Digital Design, lot of this is all new, but got offered a deal on Sundown SA15 not sure what they take but Kicker L7-15s well not that impressed, using two soundstream dtr1-1700s alpine deck, getting a 220 amp alternator-2 SPV44 Stinger Batteries, box now is like a 3.5 tuned at 35 Hz - port size around 40.625 which it been cool if we could of modified it to work with sundown or RE SEX15 Sundown site did not see much or maybe amps to much, about 60 now so guess just never knew of these other subs that seem to kick butt. Not much here our town has around 6500 people only no stereo shops, Just know even my sons little planet audios seem to hit pretty good, eventually have a box redone, but just trying to get out of a bad situation into a better sub and sub design that actually performs well. Like larger subs, old port through in pickup was comp kicker 18 with a soundstream ref 1000 on each one. Memphis also just heard about, any ideas other then obvious need a better sub? Just amazing all your guys work, Steve's designs are mind blowing, since first stereos in 70s were like 6x9s and a Craig Power play how things have blown up. Who says you can teach a old dog new tricks, well english was not my best study, so hope this is cool and gets the idea out there for a response, yea did the big 3 updating to 0 wire to sub amp, might just change over battery pack in rear for subs only and run T600 4 channel off optima up front, not sure yet. Orion guess were one of the bigger names in my days, so if any ideas other then giving up hit me up please.

I don't know what you're asking here. If anybody in the Sacramento area has a vehicle for sale for less than $1,500 get at me. I'm open to almost anything that runs.
