Is polyfill useful in small boxes??

Well i have a small sealed box... at like .4 cubic feet..

Would poly fill in the box filled up help at all??? as in make it louder or deeper???

Cuz its for my 10 inch shallow p3s

and how do you put poly fill in a sub box? do you just stuff it in there? its sealed so it aint going anywhere

i polyfilled my friends sealed box the other day and made it noticably deeper sounding. i think the ratio is around 1.4 pounds per cubic foot

polyfil adds i guess the best way to say it is depth to the sound. and every woofer sounds different/ reacts differently, sometimes they sound best packed full, or half full, etc. try it and experiment.

So i should add 1.4 pounds of poly fil per cubic ft?? or just stuff a bunch in there? until its full with sub in
