since i now work like a normal human being, and actually have some of those wierd things at work now called "days off", i decided a makeover of the pt cruiser was in order. as with all chrysler cars, the factory clear coat started falling off, so i have spent the last week sanding off the old clear coat and doing body work removing dents and de-badging, and then it came time for paint and wheels. keep in mind that the roof hasnt been done yet, and it will be completed next weekend.

this is the first time i have ever tried to paint a car, and fortunately it came out good! the paint is jet black, with a matte clear coat. the lenses have all been done in "night shades", and every badge has been removed except the one on the liftgate, because it is part of the liftgate latch.
