The components themselves are not able to handle the load. So not matter how low you drop the impedance or how much you beef up certain parts, it ultimately is going to fail. If there was a secret a lot more people would be buying audiopipe and modding it. It aint happening dude. MACnonsence6 Posted July 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 what would i need to power it at .5 though. could i get away with a hc 1200 up front and then there 600 in the back running 2/0 big 3 and from 2 runs of + and - from the front bat to the back in 2/0. with a 90 amp alt or would i need a bigger battery in the back I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha.
