chrishova Posted July 29, 2011 Report Posted July 29, 2011 I got my SMD 15"!!!! I picked it up from Nick last weekend! I also met Wayne, the closest XS Power rep along the way! He was awesome too, he also met me halfway, and picked up a D3100, so I saved alot on shipping last weekend! I and doing some final touches on the box, bracing, painting etc.... it's about 4 cu ft @ 29 htz... What do ya'll think, should be o.k.? I have a B stock SAZ3500D, that will power the beast! Ohio 300 amp alt on the way, that I will try to get a bracket made for as a secondary alt... if not I should be o.k., right? I have 4 runs of Candance 0 ga., big 3, fuses everywhere.... For some mids, I have 4 sets of MB Quart 3 ways, and a MB Quart onyx 125.4.... It has been sooooo hot here I haven't been doing too much, I work outside, so when I get home, I'm done!!! Looking forward to seeing how it all comes together. If anything I'd shoot for a little more battery. One good bassie song and I think you start seeing some serious voltage drop.
